Eugene T. Lucas Jr. is a Doctoral prepared Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in Nursing education, primary mental and physical health care in an outpatient ambulatory clinic, inpatient Psychiatric Unit for adults and children; chronic, long term geriatric settings; and acute Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation settings.
